Here’s a lazy girl recipe to help you eat healthy yet deliciously! I found this on Lazy Girl Challenges on Instagram and I must say…it does not disappoint!
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados peeled & pitted
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup maple syrup or sweetener of choice
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I used Vega One )
Directions:
Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and vuala!
I like to add some fresh strawberries or bananas and cacao nibs for an extra crunch!
